Located 45 km southeast of Rome, Casale Velletri was fully renovated in 2005, to provide modern comforts and convenience while maintaining traditional elegance and style.

A 1.5-hectare garden with an olive grove and vineyard provides complete privacy. It has a croquet lawn and a twelve-metre by five-metre swimming pool surrounded by olive and cedar trees. There is a sunny terrazza for meals al fresco as well as a shaded eating area with a mosaic table.

The house is furnished with local antiques along with treasures we have collected during our travels. It comfortably sleeps six adults. There is a large living room with a chestnut beamed roof and a wood-burning stove, a spacious dining room with a table for eight and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast area. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

Good sandy beaches are just a 40-minute drive away, close to the towns of Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo. The wartime beachheads of Anzio and Nettuno are just half an hour away by car.

Casale Velletri is located 50 minutes drive south-east of Rome, number 94 on the Via Vecchia di Napoli.
